Reflecting on 2024: Progress, Innovation, and Gratitude
As we approach the end of the year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the remarkable strides we’ve made at JLM Risk Management. I’m thrilled to share that 2024 has been a year of tremendous growth and accomplishment for our team.
This year, we broadened our reach by establishing operations in Ft. Lauderdale and Detroit, further solidifying our presence in key markets. We also forged meaningful insurer partnerships, notably with The Hanover Insurance Company, whose generous $250,000 donation supported the mission of one of our valued clients, the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE).
Moreover, we deepened our community engagement by contributing to the launch of the City of Atlanta Surety Capacity Building Academy, a collaborative effort with adult education specialist Dr. Lisa Sistrunk, PhD.
In addition, we laid the groundwork for the Q1 2025 launch of VIP Insurance, our innovative online homeowners and personal lines quoting platform. With VIP, clients will simply enter their exposure information, and the system will deliver competitive quotations from multiple insurers. At VIP, our promise is simple: “We Shop, You Choose.”
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re energized by the opportunities on the horizon. Our focus remains on introducing new product offerings while maintaining an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service. Innovation and partnership will continue to drive our mission as we help our clients grow and succeed.
